FAQ
How far in advance do I need to book? Most bookings can be delivered within the same week, if you need a bin on a certain day give us a call and we can lock it in.
What if I need the bin picked up sooner or later than planned? Just call us on 0435 174 200, and we'll adjust your pickup date.
What can't go in the bin? Asbestos, paint, gas bottles, tyres, batteries, mattresses, hazardous waste and food waste can't be accepted. Ask our team if you're unsure about a specific item — read the full list of accepted items here.
Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup? No — as long as we have clear placement instructions, you don't need to be on-site for either.
